Catering Policy

We require a minimum of 5-7 days notice and full payment prior to your event. We may fulfill last minute catering requests for a 25% surcharge but is subject to availability.

Quotes received by clients are only a pending proposal and won’t proceed unless Brezel receives email confirmation and full payment by the client no later than 5 days prior to the event that they wish to proceed. An order confirmation will be send to the client once the quote has been accepted.

It is the client’s responsibility to review and finalize the order before accepting it.

We accept EFT or cash payment in-store and online payment via our website (1.75% surcharge applies) or bank transfer.

Orders can be picked up from Brezel in Varsity Lakes.

Delivery available on request but will incur an additional fee.

Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to delivery will be liable to pay 100% of the total order value (inc. GST).

Cancellations made within 1 week prior to delivery will incur a pay 25% of the total order value (inc. GST).

Whilst all efforts are taken in relation to special diet requests, we suggest individuals with health threatening allergies or food intolerances might be best suited to provide their own food items. Consumption is at your own risk.
