Obatza Recipe


200 g     Brie Cheese

30 g        Butter

2 TBS     Onions

2 TBS     Sour Cream

2 TSP     Paprika powder (if you have a mild and spicy one, 1 TSP of each)

2 Msp.  Pepper

1 Msp.  Cumin

¼ TSP    Salt

½ TSP    Mustard

30 ml     Beer

Take the Brie out of the fridge, cut it into small pieces and also cut off the crust.

Let all ingredients (except the onion) warm up to ambient temperate and mash/mix it all together. Now decorate the Obatzda with the onion rings and cool it in the fridge.

Enjoy with a pretzel or a piece of rye bread.
